GS Metals End Extensions, made from GRIP STRUT® Safety Grating (the
original safety grating), provide maximum safety while working or walking
on running board platforms, and can replace boards that are missing, broken or
bent. End extensions have the exclusive GRIP STRUT End Channel Supports to
help bear heavy loads and prevent deflection of the walking surface.
GRIP STRUT Safety Grating features a unique serrated surface for optimum
slip protection in situations where rain, ice, snow, grease, oil and other
slippery materials create hazardous conditions for railroad workers. The
open design lets liquid and debris pass through to keep the end extension
surface clear.
GS Metals End Extensions are available in a variety of sizes to fit most
carbuilder designs. Immediate shipment is available to meet emergency
requirements.
